The workshop, in partnership with the national organization O2X, brings experts together from various fields to educate our heroes on topics such as resilience, nutrition, stress management, relaxation, sleep science and more. The workshops are part of Building Homes for Heroes’ mission to continue to lift up and care for our veterans and first responders, whose every day jobs require them to put their lives at risk to protect our safety and our freedom. Building Homes for Heroes sponsors dozens of O2X events that educate thousands of first responders annually across the country.

The 3-day workshop was held at the Grandview, an events venue in San Antonio, owned and operated by Ret. US. Air Force Col. Jim Cummings, a Building Homes for Heroes Board of Director. The event was a wonderful collaboration of education, community and camaraderie while bringing our heroes together.
