7th Annual Team Building is Our Best Yet! May 15, 2025

More than 200 injured veterans and their families, as well as Building Homes for Heroes team members, sponsors and supporters all joined together in Orlando, Florida in early May for our 7th annual Team Building family fun program.

The annual event serves to bring families together, rekindle military bonds, forge lifelong friendships and provide much needed healing for many of our veteran heroes. The three-day program divides our veterans and family members into teams for several events of friendly competition ranging from basketball hoop shots, putting contests, frisbee golf, karaoke and even a dance party. And for the second straight year, automotive YouTubers Chris Fix and Jamie of “Jamie’s Garage” joined us for a creative car racing extravaganza!

We were also thrilled to be joined by our friends from Lowe’s, Legrand,  AT&T and RealTruck who all volunteered and helped make Team Building 2025 a huge success.

And of course, congratulations to this year’s winner: the Blue Team!
